Visiting the Adobe Headquarters in San Jose was such a privilege—truly felt like one of those full-circle moments, you know? “I had used Adobe tools like XD and Photoshop to build my businesses, Approachables and CloudApproach, back in the day before joining Simon Business School. Walking through the engaging office filled with teams of creative minded people felt so electric, but I was nervous to meet those big industry folks. Jiten Sharma made it so special with his warm welcome, introducing me to inspiring people who showed how Adobe keeps innovating. It reminded me of my MS in AI in Business days at Simon, where I learned to really listen to people, their needs, and visions to work together, not just focus on tech stuff.
That visit gave me a big confidence push for my job hunt. Hiring season is upon me, and I’m working hard on applications for product management roles allowing me to bring my diversified experiences to the table.
